Welcome Ullapool is delighted to report that the project to transform the Quay Street flower bed into a Wild Flower Garden is complete. Many thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund and CORRA Foundation for the grant awards; everyone for their hard work and especial thanks to Caroline Mason and the pupils of Ullapool Primary School who planted hundreds of bulbs and scattered thousands of wild flower seeds.

We’re looking forward to next Spring to see the garden ‘buzzing’.

DEATH  NOTICE

BOA Roderick

The family are sad to announce the passing of Derick (Roderick) on Friday the 2^nd of July in the Ross Memorial Hospital in Dingwall.

Derick will make his final journey in from Ardmair to Ullapool at 12.45 on Monday 12^th July.

Following a family service everyone is welcome to his interment at Morefield Cemetery at 13.45.
