HOT NEWS!
EMPTY BLISTER PACKS for RECYCLING
As you may know, SUPERDRUG in Inverness are collecting empty blister packs of tablets for re-cycling. A great idea as they take years to decompose.
Ullapool iCentre in Argyle Street has been given the go-ahead to use the iCentre as a drop-off spot for blister-packs (from pills, etc.). These will then be taken to SuperDrug in Inverness for recycling.
Any, even occasional, volunteers to take the bag to Inverness would be very welcome.
SuperDrug in Inverness has approved this action, so no local license is necessary.
There will be no outside collection point,
so people will need to drop them in to us at the
iCentre between 9-12:45 and 1:45-5:00 on
Monday-Wednesday or Friday-Saturday.
