Local Community Paramedic retires after 31 years
Laurence de Kruijff has served on our ambulances for 31 yrs and will be missed by all. We wish him a happy and healthy retirement . Thank you so much for dedication and all you have done for so many people in our area.

Highland Council In-house bus team will provide a shuttle bus service for the Black Isle Show
If you can get to Muir of Ord Railway Station a free shuttle bus, to and from the showground, will be meeting trains from 0830 until late afternoon. There will be a collection box for donations to MFR Cash for Kids.

Former Smokehouse site to be sold to benefit Coigach Community
The Coigach Community Development Company has made the decision to sell the site of the former smokehouse, due to be demolished. Situated in Altandhu it has planning permission in principle for 2 houses. CCDC have discussed options and have decided to focus on building affordable housing on the hydroponicum site they recently acquired.
CCDC invites Expressions of Interest to include offers, along with proposals as to how plans for the site would align with the aims of the Company. Those also interested in leasing the site are invited to submit Expressions of Interest and plans. Email info@coigachcommunity.org.uk for full details.
