Wanted – empty wine crates to make into hedgehog houses!
Our Highlife Highland ranger has put out a plea to help her with crates or house kits to make homes for hedgehogs to safely get through the winter. All help gratefully received, by 5 Oct

Highland Archaeology Festival, Hector, Hope and Tweed – 3 sailings from Lochbroom to Pictou 1773 -1802 Join in conversations about these and other Highland emigrations.

Celebration of Local Food in the NW Highlands, bring along something you have grown or made and help us turn it into delicious food to share! This includes Highland Good Food Partnership AGM 12-12.30; Green Bowl Open Day seed swap, foraging, baguette making and cold smoking…..
****Shore Street Promenade 2-4pm****
includes parade with Pipe Band, forms of transport and opening ceremony with local resident, followed by hospitality in the marquee on the pier.

A day of talks and discussions exploring the meteorite impact that formed the Stac Fada ejects 1.2 billion years ago. Designed for interested members of the public with illustrated talks from national leading speakers on the largest meteorite impact that the UK has ever experienced. Small entrance fee.
