We are delighted to hear that Gary has been nominated for Venue Technician of the Year at the Scots Trad Awards 2023. A big congratulations from Ullapool Swim Club to Amy Martin, who’s just been selected to join the Highland Swim Team. This is a composite programme involving six Highland clubs. Amy will get additional training sessions and take part in an educational programme to help her continue to improve as an athlete. Her initial aim is to compete with her age group at district and Scottish level. Being an athlete at this level requires a huge amount of determination, hard work, and support from family. We’re so excited for you Amy, and hope you’re buzzing about this opportunity as much as we are.
