Great News from An Talla Solais

Funding has been awarded for ATS to run an Art Week which will celebrate Ullapool’s vibrant artistic community through exhibitions across the village, open studios, artists talks and creative events.

Art Week will take place from 7-14 September 2024, featuring local and national artists with a highland connection.

Donations of books

Ullapool High School English Dept is looking to build up its library of books for school pupils. Any books in good condition such as classic novels, modern literature, contemporary novels and children’s literature can be taken to the school office.  All donations will be catalogued and cared for and will be gratefully received.

Isle Martin Trust are holding their AGM on Wednesday 7 February, when alongside the official business there will be chance to hear a report on recent activities and also about future plans.
