Ullapool Restaurant with Rooms maintains its listing in the UK’s top food guide
Michelin Guide includes the Dipping Lugger for the third year in a row, one of ten restaurants across the Highlands.

AGM of Welcome Ullapool is on Tuesday 25th March at 7pm in the committee room of Ullapool Village Hall. Supplies of the new free Village Map will be available at the meeting.

BLISTER PACK RECYCLING STATION
We are pleased to announce that we now have a blister pack recycling station in Ullapool Unpacked Community Refill Shop, which we are supplying through Terracycle. We have heard local demand for this and can see it is something people want to be able to access, so we are trialling it with this box to see how it goes.
The cost of recycling one box of 7500 individual blister packs is £216. This pays for the box, delivery, return and guaranteed recycling of its contents. This is obviously quite a high cost for us as such a small community company, but the good news is that if everyone gives 3p per blister pack they put in, then this cost would be completely covered and the service would be able to continue long term.
So please bring your empty and clean blister packs to be recycled and leave a 3p contribution per pack/strip if you support the idea of having a recycling station in Ullapool.
